Garden Soils is a small family business in Tavistock, Devon. Garden clippings, leaves and grass from homes across Plymouth, West Devon and Tavistock come to us, and we don't let them go to waste. We turn them into rich, dark compost, then screen and bag every sack ourselves, by hand, right here in Devon.
No peat, no food waste and no animal by-products. Just good, local compost that feeds your soil and gives back to the gardens it came from.
Compost is our garden's magical mixer. He gobbles up the clippings, leaves and grass, gives them time to turn, and serves them back as crumbly, peat-free goodness for your beds, borders and lawn.

Pallets come on a large lorry. Tail-lift delivery is included by default (+£10.50), so the driver can lower the pallet to the ground. If you have a forklift or loading bay to unload it yourself, untick the tail-lift box when you order to save £10.50. Please make sure the lorry can reach you, there's a firm, level, hard surface to set the pallet down, and someone is in (or a safe drop spot is agreed in advance).
